Very cooperative, you feel easy to interact. Excellent knowledge in his field, as he was able to pinpoint the problematic disk befor looking at the mri. Explained the deformation on the mri slide. This gave much confidence about the treatment.

*** **** *** *** **** ***** *** ***** ******* ***** he suggested us a Mri/ Ct scan further, by giving us a reference (p.s. the centre (panvel mri) takes the MRI scan and also ct scan by default, when asked if we have to pay for Ct scan they said no, we are doing this incase the Dr. Asks us in future **** **** ***** ******* *********** The mri costed us a whooping Rs 4.5k (got a discount thanks to Dr.), lucky we did not do the Ct scan further which would have costed us another (5k).

However, I took a second opinion of a diff. ortho Dr. , ** ****** ** *** ****** *** **** ** *** ******** **** ********** **** ******* ******* *** *** **** ********* ****** ** *** ******** ** *** *********** ** *** *** **** *** *** **** ** *** *** ******

Dear friend I really appreciate your concern. You know having more knowledge is sometimes a curse. Being a joint specialist I have seen and treated many complication due to overlook at the initial stages of injury. Injuries around joints are notorious to have ligament injuries associated and they are easily missed on x-rays. These missed injuries can later present as potential complication. These complications can be prevented by noticing such injuries early by doing investigations like MRI. I really feel sorry that this investigation was a burden on your pocket instead of discounted price. What happened in MRI centre regarding CT scan is none of my business. I think you should get that clarified from the MRI center or radiologist. Finally I am really glad that you could find a doctor on whom you can trust. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
